Workshop Overview & Join Info:
In this LinkedIn Workshop you will learn how to create a stellar LinkedIn Personal Profile, create a best-in-class profile for your small business, expand your network and professional connections, and use the tool for vetting sales leads, recruiting and vetting potential new hires, and linking up with strategic partners and collaborators. Please come with your username and password, if you already have an account, and if you don’t yet have an account, we will help you create one in the workshop. You will also need access to logos for your current company and access to any logos from previous companies (although some might be readily available via LinkedIn if those companies have LinkedIn Business Profiles).
You will also need to bring along your detailed work history including organization names, locations, dates of hire and promotion dates within each past organization. You will also need your educational history, degrees, certificates, and any current or past professional organization memberships. Bringing a detailed resume to the workshop will help to meet many of these goals. Developing a detailed personal profile is like creating an online, interactive resume for public consumption.
